What is TEAM ZOOT?
TEAM ZOOT is about Ohana. Formed in 2008, the team is comprised of everyone from beginner triathletes to seasoned Kona qualifiers. Zooters are a friendly bunch who train and race hard but also enjoy the journey. If you’re the kind of athlete who thanks volunteers on race day, smiles and even laughs when the going gets tough, then you have what it takes to be a part of the team.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Applications are open September 18th through October.

WHAT DOES ZOOT EXPECT FROM YOU AS A TEAM ZOOT MEMBER?
- Introduce the sport of triathlon to at least one new person. You can bring a friend or family member who has never watched a race to a triathlon. You can encourage someone to toe the line at a sprint triathlon. The possibilities are endless when you love the sport of triathlon and want to share it with others.
- Plan to race at least 1 triathlon throughout the year
- Race exclusively in the current year TEAM ZOOT KIT (we do have exceptions for local events where you want to race in your local tri club kit).
- We don’t require an Instagram or Facebook account but if you have one and really like a particular item we offer, share it! #teamzoot
- Encourage and be respectful of other athletes

WHAT KIND OF ATHLETE IS ZOOT LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for triathletes who enjoy the journey and are passionate about triathlon. Whether you race a sub-10 hour Ironman or you are looking to complete your first Sprint Distance tri, it’s showing up and exuding a positive attitude that counts.
CAN I BE ON ANOTHER BRAND'S TRIATHLON TEAM?
We ask if you want to represent Zoot, to only represent Zoot. We love competing against other branded teams!
However, we encourage you to be involved in your local tri clubs. We ask that when you race outside of your tri club events, that you wear your Team Zoot kit.
HOW BIG IS TEAM ZOOT?
TEAM ZOOT EUROPE has 13 different regions across the EU with a captain in each region. The captain’s job in the region is to bring members together to train, race, share information, and have fun together! We believe having larger numbers will create a stronger community on and off the race course.

WHAT ARE THE TEAM ZOOT PARTNER DISCOUNTS?
After the team roster is finalized, members will receive an email with exclusive discount codes from Team Zoot partners. These codes are confidential and for your personal use only—sharing or misuse may result in removal from the team. Each partner sets their own discount level based on what they are able to provide.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
WHEN WILL TEAM ZOOT 2027 GEAR SHIP?
Returning athletes who ordered from the Legacy Store, your orders will ship in the end of February 2027.
New member orders will ship in the end of March 2027.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All Team Zoot products are custom made to what you have ordered. We’re happy to process an exchange, but your replacement item will need to be remade, which will require an additional 6-8 weeks.
The exchange will need to be made during the exchange window. Please return unused product with tags attached per instructions.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
NEED A CHANGE OF ADDRESS?
Email us at info@tailwind-brands.de and we can change the address on your order.
DISCOUNT QUESTIONS
WHAT ARE THE TEAM ZOOT PARTNER DISCOUNTS?
An email will be sent after the team roster is determined with Team Zoot discount codes. These codes are confidential and for your personal use only. Any abuse will result in disqualification from the team.
CAN I SHARE MY TEAM ZOOT DISCOUNTS WITH MY FAMILY/FRIENDS?
No. We work with partners to get you very generous discounts. Please do not share discount codes or request them on social media.
