How to request a size exchange on 2023 Team Zoot custom gear:
Gear must be NEW & UNUSED with tags still attached.
- Use our form teamzoot.eu/returns and make sure to state your order number
- Follow the return instructions to send back the gear you are exchanging. Ship to address is Zoot Sports Europe, Kamener Str. 110, 59425 Unna, GER. You are responsible for shipping.
- Your order will be reviewed and refunded within five business days.
- Place only exchange size orders on teamzoot.eu until April 15
- Your exchange will be sent to you promptly when the item is received at the Zoot Warehouse and processed.
