Team Zoot Custom Store Exchange Policy
We have built our reputation on quality, performance products that we stand behind. If for some reason, your gear is too big or too small, you can exchange it for the same Team Zoot item in a different size. EXCHANGES ARE ONLY PERMITTED FOR THE SAME STYLE ITEM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE. All Team Zoot custom gear is exchange-only. No returns, refunds, or store credit are permitted under any circumstances.
*We will have a limited supply of buffer inventory available for immediate exchange so be sure to get your request in quickly! Anything we can fill from the buffer will ship immediately. For any exchange request we cannot fill from the buffer inventory, we will resubmit to our factory to be made and delivered in late (date).
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT EXCHANGES:
You have time until MARCH 15th to request your exchange. Unfortunately, any requests after this date cannot be processed.
1. Please leave all tags attached to the exchanged product. Each item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the member and will not be exchanged.
2. Please include your original order number on exchange package. This is how we manage and track your requests. If no order number is given, we will not be able to process an exchange request.
3. Team members are responsible for return shipping on this custom team gear. Zoot will pay for shipping out of new exchange product.
4. Your exchange will be sent to you promptly when the item is received back at the Zoot warehouse and processed. * Styles and sizes are limited due to the custom nature of Team Zoot store orders. If your exchange size is not available in inventory, please inform us by email, and we will make additional items at our factory to fill your request that will be shipped at a later date.
To request an exchange, please send an email to info@tailwind-brands.de with the subject line “Team Zoot 26 Exchange – [Your Order Number]” and include your exchange request in the message.
