Return Process

We have built our reputation on quality, performance products that we stand behind. If for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with the fit of our gear, you can exchange like-items starting April 11th, 2022 through April 19th, 2022.

You would need to return the return to the following address.

Important: Please put the return form including your invoice number or order number into the return package!

 

If you have paid with PayPal, you could get a free label from them. To get the refund from PayPal for your shipment costs, you need to upload the receipt in your PayPal account. You can find all the information for the return in your PayPal account.

 

 Once we receive the package, we will refund the purchase amount. Please place a new order for exchange size you are looking for. The team store is not yet open. We will re-open it once we have finished shipping all initial team gear orders. We will send a newsletter once we have re-opened our team-store.
